DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time is fixed 1-2 weeks depending on the complexity of the commission!
Every time an important change is made to the commission, it will be sent to the client to verify that the final product is to their liking.If the client needs it in advance, they can contact me to quote the extra cost, since I am putting their commission as a priority before other pending commissions, this requires more time and focus on my part.

CHANGES

The maximum number of changes and corrections on sketch are 6 (more changes +$5)after rendering corrections included extra payment (+$5)

Refunds

No refunds are made with the excuse of “I don't want it anymore” so I always make sure to send commission updates so that the client is comfortable in each process.The only way to refund is if I as an artist have any delays due to some personal problem, if the delivery time passes, your money will be returned at %100 along with the free art!

Comercial use

$10 for stream or comercial use
$20 for resell or merch(you can mark it on the payment part) if your commission will be used for commercial use (reseel for merch or streaming)

Final delivery

The commission will be delivered in good quality, always a jpg and PNG file in good quality, whether by mail, by the art platform or in a drive file. Both files with and without watermark in case you want to upload it to your social networks and give me credit!
